He seemed to be a very great young man and I was ready to hire him based on the professionalism. He gave me information to a person that could also put a fence up for me. Without warning, the person showed up while I was not at home, but I was ok with him measuring my backyard. I let him know that I needed HOA approval before I began and he promised not just an invoice, but also the design so I can see it, but also so HOA can review and I can move forward. A few days later, I still did not receive, but he asked if I received the invoice. I let him know yes, the fence was about $500 dollars more than all of my neighbors have paid and he offered an explanation. He shared "Yea I just can't beat the lumber price but we do really good work with 2 year warranty" and "I will send photos of how it would look we are working on a landscape design" and "I'll get the design as soon as possible" and this was January 14, 2026- and we started the communication on January 8th and today is January 24th. I sent him a message to let him know "I'm assuming you have not gotten the design together....I hope you are more professional with your responses and promises with others." I could have gone with another person, but I was waiting on him and he promised he would have the design over night initially.

I am not satisfied with the services I received. Eddie seems to be polite and professional but he made false promises and foolishly I still paid him but never again. Eddie and I had an agreement that he would maintain my flowers that HE PLANTED, he would take care of my weeds, and the lawn for a set price. I went away for a few months and trusted that he would continue the services as normal. He literally came out and just blew off my back patio, and I was paying him $75 for that. He did not maintain my flowers they all died! He even told me he went about a month not looking after my hydrangeas. So what was I paying him for? Waste of money on flowers and his services. His prices are outrageous, and he also trimmed bushes and left the debris. When he was done he just sent me pics and left. The lawn services are okay but he should clean up the debris afterward. That's what people are paying him for not to do a half job. If I wanted to do yard work then I wouldn't have hired him you know? But I believe that I and anyone else who's looking for a landscaper can find better. I feel like my kindness and patience were definitely taken advantage of and I have discontinued my services with this company.
