We would like to respond to this slander. Her installation was originally slated to begin Monday July 24th. We received an email from her on Sunday afternoon requesting to cancel and refund deposit due to her not having HOA approval. We informed her we would be happy to reschedule and reach out to HOA to resolve the issue but that we didn’t refund deposits on that short of notice. She agreed to proceed with the project and that the HOA would fast track the permit. We pushed the appointment to Tuesday and took a lost day on Monday due to this. Amal the. Informed us Monday that the HOA would hand deliver the permit but that she didn’t yet have it in hand. We pushed the appointment to Wednesday to ensure time for her to get the permit in hand before work began, which she agreed to. Due to her unorganization with the HOA we lost two days we could have been working. We went out Wednesday to install the post and let the concrete set. We told her we would have the fencing project done by the end of the week. Friday AM less than two days after posts were set she sent us an email threatening to dispute payment with credit card company and sue us. 3 days for a fence installation project is not unreasonable considering the scheduling conflict she caused us by the short notice cancellation attempt. This is an extremely unreasonable person and we have communicated every step of the way with her. Mrs. G, I’m asking you to cease and desist slandering our good name on social media and other places!
