Had a great experience. The dispatcher was very helpful in getting someone out same day. Jonathan was great at getting my heat back on until I can get my unit replaced.

Cameron is absolutely the best! He recently installed a new HVAC unit for us with new ductwork and vents. His work exceeded our expectations and we have had many comments about the great job he did installing the ductwork, the neatness, and preserving our storage space. It is evident that he cares for his customers and his follow up and professionalism are exceptional. This was truly a great experience which is rare these days. To top it off, we made a great friend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I 2 air condenser units one of them was installed in 2013 and the other was installed in 2021. I've never had a problem with my 2013 unit and the 2021 unit has been plaguing me with issues after issues. I called many HVAC company's as the condenser gave out in July right as we were hitting the 80 to 90 degree heat outside constantly. My 2nd floor where the bedrooms are and that condenser unit runs was constantly 80+ degrees at night making it impossible to sleep. First Class Heating and Air were the only ones that didn't have availability MONTHS out. Shelby, scheduled me a couple days later and I met Jonathan. Hard working young man that cleaned up the first unit (2013) to make sure it was working and then on the second unit (2021) cleaned it up looked outside and nothing was wrong. Took mere moments to realize the manufacture welds in the air handler upstairs was busted and leaking the internal oil all over the place. Well they couldn't get the part for 4 to 6 weeks. First Class Heating and Air said that wasn't good enough for anyone and they offered 2 portable indoor air conditioning units at no extra cost to me as we wait for the part to come in. Jonathan helped me bring them in, set them up and we were running and cooling off in minutes. It was nice to finally be able to sleep. Later when the part showed up the install was completed but the issues were not. Now the compressor for the air condenser went out. ZERO hesitation and Shelby sent out Jonathan again who figured out the issue and later Cameron joined Jonathan to go into the condenser and fix the part. I literally don't know what I would have done if I had to wait MONTHS for someone to come out and fix these issues. Everyone I had interacted with were professional, polite and made such a terrible summer turn to a very relaxing and pleasant summer. If you need help, please don't hesitate to call First Class first for help.

Cameron and his team installed a mini split system for our hobby room over our garage. Their work was perfection to say the least. He informed us about what to expect during install and modeled for us how to operate the remote control. As a homeowner I really appreciate how great it looks on the inside and out.
