We have lived in our home over 32 years. The front steps had sunken, and the top step up to the porch had way more rise than the other 2 steps. Slab Science did a great job of gently raising the steps and concrete walk so that the rise of the top step matches the other 2 steps. The team was easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable and honest. The team also fixed an undermined section at the end of our concrete driveway and repaired some cracks in our driveway and walk. I thought the cost was reasonable for the work involved. This is a small business so you dont have the hassle you often have with larger companies.

Very pleased! There was some warranty work that needed to be done on a job from a few years past. The earth settled, no fault of the original work, and Will responded promptly. The work was preformed above and beyond the call of duty and now all is restored. As in my past experience the clean up was excellent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Slab Science provides its' services at a fair, competitive price and the quality of the work is much higher than you would get elsewhere. If you find a lower price, and it is for the same services, we will beat it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with our customers via phone first to get an idea of their need and if it is the right fit for what Slab Science can provide. After that we will set up an in person assessment so we can look at the issue and determine the amount of work that will be required. We will provide a quote for the client to review and approve before scheduling a day to start the job. In some cases we can do the assessment over the phone/email with pictures being sent to us. We want the process to be easy and we want to communicate well with you, the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Slab Science is locally owned business. The owners are all college educated. Concrete lifting and repair has been our sole service for 13+ years. We have developed a proprietary way to lift concrete that provides a better, more consistent outcome. We also pride ourselves on our work and take our time to make sure it is right every time.
