Overall we had an excellent experience working with Top Rail. Christian was very communicative and responsive as our point of contact, and Christopher did a great job as the crew leader. Salvador and his team did the actual tough work and knocked out the grueling labor over the course of the whole day. The final product was great and we are happy customers!
There were just a couple of items that didn't go flawlessly that I should address: 1) the materials were delayed twice so we had to push back our installation date 2 times 2) the installers did excellent work but didn't speak much English and the onsite leader was only present at the very beginning. There were a few times that I needed to point out some concerns during the install and I had to use my very rusty Spanish and Google Translate to communicate.
Overall I'd give them 4.5 stars but since I can only give 4 or 5, I'm rounding up due to the great communication and superb install.

Blake came out quickly and quoted several options for us as we were undecided about the project. He was very knowledgeable. One week later the project was completed. We are so happy with our fence and our dogs are too!
