FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a 3-10 min phone call to determine if I am going to be able to help. Then, I like to schedule a time to either view the project and/or meet the client so the client and I both have a little more comfortability with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a general contractors license, level 4. I have held statewide contracts in SC for the past 8 years, and currently am awarded a contract with Clemson University. Before I began marketing heavily in commercial, I was involved with my family's business in residential building services... This is where I learned that great customer service and fair pricing are the key components to staying relevant in any market. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work on a ton of projects... Two of my favorites were the historical restoration in Camden, SC and the very 1st LEED certified house in SC.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Going through a recession really dictated how I marketed for a number of years so I've had the opportunity to work with a number of types of customers... A list follows: - commercial renovation - residential construction - residential interior/exterior finishes - commercial construction
