Tried to receive an estimate for an AC unit. They gave me a date and time. I gave them my address, name and email. The day they are supposed to come, I get text saying they can set up an appointment once I give them my phone #. They would not come out to give me an estimate because I didn't give them a phone number, which if needed could be given when they were here. Sad.
