In the spring of 2023 we were getting quotes to redo our 1996 master bathroom. My mother had passed away a year prior and we had to quickly renovate a bathroom for her the last year of her life. We did not want to wait to make our shower handicap accessible and well equipped for our later years. Of all the companies we had come out to advise and quote, Surface Bella was our pick. They were so knowledgeable about their product, how it would best meet our expectations and needs and also listen to our ideas. We wanted our garden tub taken out and separate shower made into a closet. We needed new flooring, new countertops, ceiling to floor paint, and new fixtures. They were a one stop shop so they would be doing all the work. By summer 2023 we had a brand new bathroom and love it. It has been 2 years and we had a concern about the glass doors of our shower. We called, they sent a technician and by the end of the day he had taken care of the problem and very satisfied customers. We highly recommend Surface Bella of Greenville.

Theres not enough space to write all Id like to, but Ill start with my first contact, Korey. He was the absolute BEST! It was obvious he is committed to serving the customer well. After my contact with Korey, Joe came to confirm the precise measurements and details I wanted. Once the product arrived, the install was scheduled and Ricardo started the job. Ricardo also showed commitment and desire along each phase in making sure I was completely satisfied with the results. His crew was clean, professional and hard working. At the end of each day they cleaned up behind themselves and enlightened me on what step was next. At one point there had been some miscommunication regarding an addendum and the wrong item was ordered. It was costly for Surface Bella, but Joe made sure the right item was ordered and replaced. Upon completion I was contacted to make sure everything was to my liking and satisfied with their service. Though there were a few hiccups through the process it was all addressed quickly and made right. I cannot be happier for the new master bathroom I have. It absolutely made a world of difference in appearance and functionality.

Surface Bella did a superb job in renovating my bathtub area. Corey, the sales representative did a great job at explaining the renovation process and the materials associated with installing my new tub. The installers also did a great job- as the completed project looked very neat and professional. There were no surprises with my new tub/shower and wall paneling installation. I definitely recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fairly, and on bath remodels, we guarantee noone will beat our price for a "comparable" install. This is important because we have to compare apples to apples. If your budget is tight, I have options for that as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will schedule a time to meet with all decision makers, because there is a design element to what we do. Once needs are assessed, we can usually price right there on the spot. Most important, I show up on time!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BA, as well as an MBA. My partner holds numerous manufacturer certifications as well.
