In the spring of 2023 we were getting quotes to redo our 1996 master bathroom. My mother had passed away a year prior and we had to quickly renovate a bathroom for her the last year of her life. We did not want to wait to make our shower handicap accessible and well equipped for our later years. Of all the companies we had come out to advise and quote, Surface Bella was our pick. They were so knowledgeable about their product, how it would best meet our expectations and needs and also listen to our ideas. We wanted our garden tub taken out and separate shower made into a closet. We needed new flooring, new countertops, ceiling to floor paint, and new fixtures. They were a one stop shop so they would be doing all the work. By summer 2023 we had a brand new bathroom and love it. It has been 2 years and we had a concern about the glass doors of our shower. We called, they sent a technician and by the end of the day he had taken care of the problem and very satisfied customers. We highly recommend Surface Bella of Greenville.

From the beginning I had a great interaction with Surface Bella, Korey represented them well. He listened to my needs and concerns and contacted the owner Mr. Myers who saw that my needs and concerns were met. Danny then came out to measure the windows to ensure a great fit. Yesterday I had my new windows installed and the personal care and attention that was delivered from Roberto was much needed. While I knew but forgot the new windows would cause my custom made blinds protrude a bit, Roberto went above and beyond to ensure a better fit. Everyone who was involved with the installation was pleasant and cleaned up the property nicely. I just love my new picture window.

This is a fantastic company. They were the only ones out of 4-5 estimates that sat down with me and showed me designs and explained the materials they use. The other companies had a notepad, didn't explain anything really except how much it would cost!I signed the contract last Sept then Hurricane Helene hit. Daniel kept checking on us to see how we were doing (even tho it would take a while to get the deck built) when he didn't have to. In Oct of this year (after issues with the permit, that had nothing to do with them) we were approved for the permit. Daniel helped me get in touch with the permit dept so the issues could be resolved quickly, since I had no clue what to do.From the top notch lumber they use, the fact they use screws mostly instead of nails, the constant communication of what to expect and when, to the amazing crew they hired (that worked past dark with head lamps then even worked on Sat and Sun) to ensure everything was ready for the next day, to using about 60 bags of concrete, making this deck solid as a rock! I would absolutely hire this company again with NO hesitation! Every person that has seen it can not say enough good about how nice it looks and how sturdy it is. Try them, you won't regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fairly, and on bath remodels, we guarantee noone will beat our price for a "comparable" install. This is important because we have to compare apples to apples. If your budget is tight, I have options for that as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will schedule a time to meet with all decision makers, because there is a design element to what we do. Once needs are assessed, we can usually price right there on the spot. Most important, I show up on time!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BA, as well as an MBA. My partner holds numerous manufacturer certifications as well.
