They did an amazing job installing the vinyl plank flooring in two bathrooms and the hallway. The owner reached out to us promptly once I put in my request on the app. He came as promised to see the job in person the same day of the request. He was open and honest about what the staff will do and what materials were needed to complete the job. He allowed us to ask questions and explained the steps throughly. He was very patient about everything. It was a very pleasant visit and we knew he was the professional we wanted to install the flooring. They arrived on time and he kept the lines of communication open from arrival and during the completion of the project. They cleaned up afterwards. They did a beautiful job! We are so pleased with the results. We highly recommend this company to others!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The structure for most of the jobs we do are the following.
We get a call or in contact with someone requesting our services. Most of the time we have someone go out and take a look at it so we can give you a quote on what it would cost to do that job in specific as everything is different for every project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we assess if what the customer is inquiring about is a service we are capable of handling. If not, we will recommend them to someone who is more equipped to solve their problems. We will then request details about the job and most of the time go on site to create an estimate for the services being requested. When the estimate is approved, we will schedule accordingly to start the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have members on our team with 15+ years of experience in this field. There are 3 different crews that currently each handle one specific area of this work as well.
