- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set prices for the most part. I do and will offer discounts for certain situations. My prices can change from the set price if it deems necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to speak with the potential client to gather any and all information needed to serve them. Once this is done I can determine if I will be of good service for them or refer them to a better source.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed mediator with SC Law Bar. Also, licenses notary in South Carolina. I am a grad of Newberry College- Bus Admin & Accounting.
