FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My junk removal pricing generally stays around 100-115$ per truck load. This covers the dumping fee, travel, and thumbtack lead costs. Prices can vary depending on the type of load. For example, if there are electronics, the dumpsites charge extra to dump, which gets added to the total fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by finding out what needs done. Then I either examine the job in person or through pictures. After I know what what needs to be done, I send a quote. When the quote is accepted I schedule the day(s) that the work will be completed. Once the work is completed the payment is due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am no stranger to manual labor as I grew up doing construction, laying block, landscaping, and other handyman jobs my entire life. This experience has taught me the skills and the etiquette to be able to provide quality service to all of my customers.
