What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees are separate from the notarial fee and are not specified or mandated by law. We offer expedited services for an additional fee. Notarizations done in hospital settings require an additional fee. I have 2 different traveling fees. Please contact me for more information. In order to secure your initial appt., I DO REQUIRE AN INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR TRAVELING FEES OF $30 TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I text, call, or email clients. I will ask what documents they need to have notarized and let them know what to bring at the appointment. Agree on a safe and convenient location. I will go over the payment details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed notary and certified by the NNA, LSS and Licensed as a Life & Health Insurance Agent in South Carolina and various states.
