Introduction: Real People. Real Problems. Real Help. The Dickson Davis Law Firm is a law firm serving the upstate area in South Carolina in the following practice areas: personal injury; social security and disability benefits; business and commercial law, including contract disputes and mechanic’s liens; probate and estate planning; landlord-tenant law; and, general civil litigation. The Dickson Davis Law firm is a client-centered law firm that focuses on providing clients with legal advice to make a meaningful, well-informed decision regarding their legal issues. Prior to becoming an attorney, I had fourteen years of experience in the business world. I transformed my passion for volunteering and being active in the community into a profession helping people deal with real problems. I love the law. I love what I do. I love helping people navigate through the law. I understand the anxiety people experience having to deal with law, and I enjoy lending a helping hand for others when dealing with their encounters with the law.
