- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have my prices posted on my website but to get an exact quote then just schedule a 15 min call. I don't do any discounts and just do month to month agreements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have an onboarding call, clean up the Chart of Accounts, connect and get access to all banks, credit cards and other systems that are needed for me to compete your monthly bookkeeping needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Finance degree, years of accounting and bookkeeping experience and I always stay up to date on certifications with all the programs I use.
