I contact John about getting a quote for replacing the roof on my house. While he was there, I also had him give me a quote for covering the Fascia and Soffit with vinyl and replacing the Gutters - as these also needed to be done; However, I need to get an idea of the cost so I could plan when to have it done.
Bailey's Roofing gave me a a very competitive quote with an amount that I found to be very reasonable for the work to be done. Many of the larger companies that quoted this project came back with prices that I felt were outrageous and overpriced!
John and his son, Doug were wonderful to work with!!! They were both very responsive to my many questions. Everyone on the crews were very courteous and did a great job with both the installation and cleanup for the project.
John and Doug went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was satisfied with the end product.
I cannot say enough great things about this company! I have referred them to several coworkers and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or gutter work done.

FILED INSURANCE CLAIM DUE TO HAIL STORM IN MARCH. JOHN BAILEY RESPONDED TO MY ESTIMATE REQUEST ON THUMBTACK. JOHN WAS HIGHLY COMMUNICATIVE IN ANSWERING EMAILS, CALLING TO EXPLAIN WHERE HE WAS IN THE PROCESS & CALLING COUPLE TIMES TO GIVE UPDATES WHEN WORK WAS BEING DONE (I WAS AT WORK BOTH DAYS). WORK WAS DONE EXACTLY AS HE SAID & FOR THE PRICE QUOTED. HIS GUYS STARTED AT 7 AM ON A FRIDAY, WORKED TIL 8:45 THAT NIGHT & BACK AT 7 AM SATURDAY MORNING TO COMPLETE JOB. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS. WHEN I RETURNED FROM WORK FRIDAY HIS SON WAS THERE TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD BEEN DONE & WHAT THEY WOULD BE DOING SATURDAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
ADDITIONALLY JOHN HEPLED ME FILE A SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIM AS INSURANCE ONLY INITIALLY COVERED REPAIRING OUR OLD SKYLIGHTS & NO RAIN & ICE SHIELD FOR RELATIVELY FLAT PORTIONS OF THE ROOF. JOHN TOOK THE NECESSARY PICTURES & FOLLOWED UP WITH CALLS TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY (SUPPLEMENTAL TOOK THEM THREE WEEKS TO FINALLY ADDRESS) EVEN AFTER JOB HAD BEEN COMPLETED & HE WAS ALREADY PAID. WE GREATLY APPRECIATED HIS INTEGRITY & THOROUGHNESS IN FOLLOWING UP.
OBVIOUSLY HOPE NOT TO REPLACE OUR ROOF AGAIN BUT IF NECESSARY WILL CALL BAILEY ROOFING DIRECTLY & WONT BOTHER WITH OBTAINING OTHER ESTIMATES.

The Bailey's came over and evaluate is our four-year-old roof. They noted several issues with the original installation and did a complete roof maintenance. They came the next day as committed and completed the task to our satisfaction. Cleanup was complete and the job was well done. We would recommend them to our friends

John responded to my request the same day and offered to come do a free inspection the next day. He reached out to me whereas the other company I contacted wanted me to call them. He came to do the inspection while I was on lunch break and was able to quickly state what my problem was and what it would take to fix. He even let me know about another issue we were having with our gas chimney dripping water and that's not even what we called him for! He gave an honest evaluation and a great price to fix our flashing on our chimney which was causing our leak.My warranty roofing company wouldn't have been able to come see our home until Wednesday of the next week. John was able to have our roof fixed by Monday after just doing an inspection on Thursday! John's associates came and fixed our roof quickly on Monday and it looks wonderful. We have not had any issues thus far and would definitely recommend John bailey's Roofing Service to our family and friends. We look forward to calling his company whenever we need roofing work done!

Found out on a Friday night that we had a bunch of roof tiles missing. Called Mr Bailey on Saturday expecting to leave a message but he spoke with me and was very informative and helpful. His son came out on Monday for an estimate and the job was done on Tuesday. Looks great and very pleased and appreciative of their thorough work and getting out so quickly!
