- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technology services have set pricing for non recurring (setup) and monthly charges - usage charges variety. We work with each consulting client individual to determine the appropriate rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether its for consulting or services, we always open with a conversation. We ask questions of our client; we learn about their concerns and the issues they face. Because we operate a small business, we relate to many issues that face our customers, and are well positioned to help them look at solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Undergraduate degrees in Accounting/Computer Science - Graduate degree in Economics - CPA - Center for Creative Leadership - variety of continuing ed classes and seminars.
