Introduction: Its not just the rich and famous who can afford a person chef. Now you can! I will prepare American or international cuisines for you based on your preference and occasion whether it be an anniversary, birthday, backyard dinner with friends etc. You tell me the occasion and I come up with a menu and prepare it at your place or bring it to your location. I promise it will not cost you an "ARM AND A LEG" but just you and your guess wanting more!!! I know that there are lots of busy people who are into healthy eating. .but have very little time to plan menu's ..I will help plan and even cook weekly meals. .. Been another passion of mine to bake local bread...will bake local bread and personally deliver it to your home I've worked in a bunch or restaurant in the Caribbean, South Carolina and New York.. But I've always wanted to work in a smaller setting. Be a lot my detailed in my cooking. Every person I cook for now has a menu that was made specifically for them!!! That's exciting, that's a challenge and that's the mark of a good chef!! Constantly creating food to entice the next person's taste buds.

Chef Ricardo is hands down the best cook you will come across. My wife and I loved how he took time to explain his cuisines and let us in on a little of his professional past to show us his experience. Ricado was amazing! We hired him to come to our VRBO and cook for our family of 14. His menu was amazing, very professional and friendly. we weren’t sure what the kitchen would have as far as supplies. He made it work! We are hoping to vacation in his area next year so that we can hire him again. You will not regret hiring him!! We even told him to let us know if he’s ever in Michigan. We will have cook for us!

I hired Chef Ricardo to cook a Greek multi course dinner for my mom and 7 of her friends when their group trip to Greece got canceled due to COVID. Chef Ricardo did not disappoint and effectively brought Greece to them! He is super responsive and even took the time to plan out different Greek inspired menus with multiple options for us to choose from to suit different tastes. He did all the menu planning, grocery shopping and cooking all in my mom’s kitchen, and they can’t stop raving about him and his food. I would definitely recommend Chef Ricardo to everyone. Great experience overall and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing and special evening! All of the dishes were top notch! (See for yourself!!) He was extremely responsive and helpful in organizing the event and the whole night went flawless. Cooked, and cleaned and you would have never known he was there! Not to mention he is extremely friendly and personable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone for a special night!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on What I will be cooking...Someone may want everything gluten free, may be a very straight vegetarian...may into VERY healthy eating and only eat grass fed beef and organic products!!! Pricing will vary but I guaranty you it will be worth it!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet in public place like "Starbucks" ..person's food preference and a rough menu draft. And price quote...then an email/ phone with the complete menu etc.. If necessary meet again for second time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in five stare restaurants both domestic and international like Sandals Resort, Rendezvous Hotel, Le Sport Hotel in the Caribbean
