Vitaliy was amazing to work with. Our hardwood floor was water damaged and he was able to repair it beautifully (before and after pictures below!) He was very responsive and friendly. Could not recommend him more!
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m really glad you’re happy with the floor repair. Your trust means a lot to me. If you ever need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Vitaliy is your guy for floor repairs. He made it look better than before. He worked quickly and went above and beyond. He was professional. Told me how to care for my floors and even gave me some tips.
V arrived on time and is very very pleasant. Extremely knowledgeable about the things that we spoke about and he hung my kitchen cupboards the doors put the hinges and the door pulls on and it looks fabulous although I didn’t get enough hinges so he’ll be back to hang the last four cupboards probably next week. I’ll post pictures of the final product. It looks really good now. This man is very very nice. I would trust him and my dogs love him. That’s a big telltale sign of a good person. I will continue to use V.

We are very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Official House Builders. The new addition to our home included a new bathroom with a walk-in shower where we had the entire shower and the bathroom floor tiled. His communication was superb and was responsive from start to finish. He is a true professional and kept his work areas clean and organized. His attention to detail was top-notch. I will absolutely be re-hiring OHB for all my tile projects in the future. Thank you to OHB for a wonderful experience and for your honest and quality work.
Details: Bathroom • Tub or shower enclosure • 51 - 100 sq ft • Wood • Ceramic • No, but I will buy the tiles myself

We had Vitaliy install (2) ceiling fans. One was on an 18 foot ceiling and the other on a 15 foot ceiling. He did an outstanding job and at a great price, that we hired him for numerous home improvements! He is very friendly and super easy to work with. We highly recommend him!
