- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve been around some fallen trees. I know trees can move when on the ground and when weight is shifted around. I’ve been around Saws and recognize the safety in operating one correctly. It’s good to start and finish a cut in a piece of wood in a safe manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d talk with them about what it is they were needing done. I’d see if I could complete or get some help to complete a job then proceed to schedule a time and price for the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with some basic training.. later started working with a farmer and decided I wanted to get into more jobs I could complete on my own or with some hired help.
