What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take as many classes, researching as much as I possibly can handle in order to stay up with new trends and techniques. I also have requirements that my state licencing board sets regarding continuing education classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love interaction with people and making a difference. Beauty intrigues me. I find beauty in everything, in places people wouldn't think to look. Simply applying makeup or helping someone who experiences breakouts/acne can make the greatest difference on how someone feels. I enjoy helping someone experience happiness from the inside, out!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Makeup lessons on everyday looks, accentuating one's features. Seasonal work is also dominant in the jobs that come about. Such as prom, weddings, family photos, greeting cards, etc.
