Honest, efficient and professional. That about sums up my experience with Gerry and Paint It. I own a house that I rent in Bluffton and a couple of months ago my tenant moved out and I had yet to re-rent it. My property management company kept telling me it was a down time, but it turns out my house was essentially destroyed inside. I do not live in the area so I was relying on them. Gerry went to my house for me, reported just how bad it was and provided me with an estimate for re-painting the entire inside of my house. Note it wasn’t just painting, there were some significant holes that needed fixing as well. I got quotes from three other companies, but for some reason I just felt most comfortable with Gerry. He was able to get my house done within a week. I fired my property management company and listed the house myself. I had six interested tenants within a week. I have no doubt the interest came from how good the inside looked. Gerry didn’t’ stop there. He told me if I ever needed anything to just reach out and he’d take care of it. Well, I needed someone to figure out an issue with my refrigerator for a new tenant and Gerry was again “Johnnie on the spot.” He got the issue corrected. These days its hard to find someone that will tell you what they are going to do and then they do it. Thanks for everything you’ve done Gerry. You’ve been nothing short of AMAZING!

We highly recommend Paint It Contracting. We had them paint the complete interior of our house in Hilton Head. The work was done in a most meticulously manner. We feel they went beyond the call to make sure everything was perfect and pleasing to us. Jerry the owner was extremely professional and first class. If you want a high quality job done then be sure to use Paint It Contracting.

I highly recommend Paint It Contracting if you are in need of painting. I had all of my interior rooms, ceilings and baseboards painted at a very reasonable price. The crew took 2 days to complete my project, arrived on time did an excellent job, moved and covered all my furniture were very careful and meticulous . My house was spotless upon completion. Owner or supervisor will do a walk through to make sure the project is done to your satisfaction.

Jerry Rose at Paint It Contracting LLC was great to work with. Jerry recently remodeled a bathroom, removed and rebuilt a new 400 sq ft deck and updated our garage with an epoxy floor and painted the walls and ceiling. During the planning phase Jerry was very helpful to help design all aspects of the remodeling. He was very responsive and worked to a tight time schedule. He is very conscientious of the work and makes sure everything is done right. When the job was finished, Jerry pointed out a couple things that he wasn't happy with that I hadn't even noticed and he promptly addressed the punch list. In addition, Jerry is very trustworthy. His prices are fair and his quotes were accurate without hidden fees once the job was started. I highly recommend working with Jerry and Paint It Contracting LLC.

I was referred to Paint It contracting through a friend, and I am so glad that I followed up on that recommendation. Jerry and his team are extremely trustworthy, first and foremost. They did great work at a very competitive price. Jerry’s communication was exceptional. He and his team had great attention to the small details that make a big difference in the final product. Simply put, they do what they say they’re going to do on time and on budget. They always had solutions to situation’s that we encountered during the process. Jerry made great suggestions during our remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Jerry was honest throughout the project, and he extremely professional. I have received countless compliments on the work in the remodel in general, thanks to Jerry. I would highly recommend Paint It contractors to all my friends.
