For the work that Alex did on my roof, all I can say is WOW! Wait, let me say that backward...WOW! We had a previous patch job done where you can tell it was a patch job on the front side of the house. We got with Alex to see if he could come up with a closer match to our 15-year-old faded shingles ...and he did just that! Alex and his team are top-notch! He is very responsive and professional (and I'm going to throw patient in there too, because I'm not always the easiest customer). This job was covered by a claim to repair damage caused by a storm; and Alex went above & beyond by answering every question I had to make sure I understood the process. His crew was there when he said they would be, did the work, and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Panch Roofing.
