Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I use a "lifecycle" approach to technical support. I not only diagnose and fix the problem I explain to the customer why it happened and how to avoid the same problem in the future. I like the acronym "A.R.C.R." which is Action = what did the customer attempt to do? Result = How did the computer / application respond? Cause = Why did the computer / application fail? and Resolution = What steps led to fixing the problem?

My home computer was running very slow and have a virus infection. WinSys was able to clean it up, get it running smooth and offer good advice on how to prevent problems in the future.

Completed work on the ASIC miner in a reasonable time frame and was very knowledgeable concerning adaptive scrypt algorithm protocol. His knowledge of Linux network configuration coupled with an understanding of node network support enabled him to complete the job, saving me considerable lost revenue time. I would recommend him for further work on any Linux based crypto mining hardware application.
