I would rate this company a thousands stars if I could! Frank and Renovation Management Solutions did a full renovation on my home, new kitchen, 2 new full baths, drywall, floors, replaced windows-- everything! This transformed my ugly duck, old house into a showplace. Look no further this is the company you want for any renovation to your home. Frank redesigned space to an open concept and created large baths where there were previous one small bath-- you can beat his design capability for delivering a new layout, as well as the high quality of work. Frank is honest and fair, an ultimate professional.

RMS completed two major repair & renovation projects for us. We had 2 foundation issues in our house, both under bathrooms. The easiest access was through the floors to rebuild the foundations, so pretty involved. Frank worked with us and his team to perform the smaller repairs first in the guest bathroom, which he brought in on time and even slightly under budget! We then moved to the guest suite, as the bigger foundation issue was between the owner's bedroom & bath.
RMS did an amazing job! Although the foundation issue was more extensive than originally thought, the crew did a fantastic job of putting in new piers, beams and joists to level the floors and support the structure. Frank's tile guy hand-selected the marble tiles so that patterns moved from one tile to the next and did a beautiful job. Their work has transformed the house, both from a functional angle and aesthetically as well! Couldn't be more pleased with the results. Terrific job!

RMS has completed several projects for us and we could not be happier with the quality of work, the creativity in solving issues along the way, and the value for the dollar. RMS completed a major reconstruction of an investment property we purchased that (of course) had to have WAY MORE rebuild than we originally anticipated. I was very concerned that our budget was going to be blown out of the water with the additional work. Frank and his team really came to the rescue and not only helped us fix the structure correctly, but the additional supplemental charges were super reasonable. Can't say enough great things about how the whole situation was handled and the final product was spectacular. Thanks Frank and RMS for a job well done.
