What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always studying ,researching,Gathering information from peers,As far as work outs i tend to try it myself .As i said labor of love
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was a weak and sick child.Got up started playing sports,got interested in health nutrition ,bullies helped in there own way,how to get faster stronger ,Big kid in me. And this has always been a passion.I have no debt so I can do it as a labor of love.And proud to say I trained my guys in the military love to see the under dog win as well as the top guys when they reach there personal goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Depending on client .A self starter wants info ill gather info give a game plan.No clue what you need A game plan and help you go do it Often I well go do set of task to see what you can and cant do then make up a routine ,go over food and nutrition.times .location.Love doing group information ,basics ,security ,self defense,and fitness.In short I gather info and tailor it to fit there needs,ability and age.
