Again thank you for selecting our service. Sorry you are feeling the way you are feeling. This is was an odd situation and you asked us to do laundry, fold and match the outfits for each child (5 children) and we cleaned the bathrooms that we saw in the home. I’m sorry this bathroom was missed but we didn’t know lay out of your home and we ask what else needed to be done. There was a lot of laundry that was folded and paired. There was also 7 kids in the home, along with some more adults in the home at the time; it was hard to the clean and yes you were in the kitchen cooking at the time. I asked you several times what else you wanted done. Yes you were in the kitchen cooking, so it was hard cleaning the kitchen. We did the best we could. I was instructed to clean the refrigerators but the kids and other people were in and out the refrigerators getting food. We mopped the floor several times and the kids was running in and out the door. This is first time we have had a one star review when we were there at your home from 10-4:30. Usually our services are excellent. We don’t get paid until services are rendered and completed and you paid us and we thought you were happy with the services.
