- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to change within reason. a small service fee is only to cover gas and time to come out and provide you with an estimate. not every application is the same so please understand that a more difficult job will be charged differently
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll call you about 30 minutes before arriving. introduce myself, give you a fair price on the repair. I'll be in and out as quick as I can. I don't like to waste time and I like to give the customer the rest of the day to themselves and not have to wait around or miss anything they may have planned.
