At first the gentleman was very responsive to my request. I requested for him to arrive at 3 p.m and he was here at 3:10 p.m. He was suppose to come here with 2 people to help move and he only arrived. He said his other partner is running late. He helped me move my fridge since I already moved everything else into the Uhaul truck. We agreed to meet up at my new residence to unload. He went and dropped off his car at the car shop and texted me to come get him because his partner flaked. I unloaded everything and came back to the old residence and my Uhaul dolly went missing but the movers dolly is here. I called him multiple times and went straight to voicemail. My wife called hime and went straight to voicemail and I have texted him to return my dolly and no reply. So I don’t recommend this company to anyone because they’re unprofessional and thieves!!!
