Over priced, and failed to return phone calls when he said he was coming back to complete work. Asked to remove trees and he left stumps in the yard. Charged us for adjusting sprinklers but never did the work. Do not use his services.

Hi mark, Sorry I didn't get back to you in time I actually had family emergency we had to tend to. When we returned I seen this review. I charged you a $100 Sunday service call which is normally $150, I didn't charge for sprinkler adjustment I charged you $35 for valve adjustments which I did when we installed me valve box and cleaned valves. I charged $50 for new box and install the box was $30 I marked it up to $40 for my time going to get it and $10 to install it. I charged $150 to cut and remove palms which trashed a $500 chainsaw but that happens and is not your fault. I also charged $100 for removing 7 shrubs. For a total of $435 I told you I would come back and grind up stumps but the stumps needed to sit and dry before I could bring them. I'm sorry if there was a miscommunication. And that I didn't charge you for a job I didn't do, yet hats stealing and I don't steal. Thank you and apologize for any inconvenience. Danial
