Introduction: We specialize in roof replacement and additional interior and exterior repairs that occur from storm damage. We can assist you in contacting your insurance company, representing you when your insurance adjuster evaluates the damage to your home, and then repairing any and all repairs that need to be done. We are a licensed general contractor with the state of South Carolina and are accredited with the Better Business Bureau. We work very hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your roof replacement along with any additional work that you need done. We also have a construction manager on staff that can assist you with any remodeling or renovations that you need done. There is no job to big or too small.

Lakeside construction seemed too good to be true! From the time I first met them to when the roof was done was only 2 weeks. I couldn't have afforded to get my roof replaced, but Lakeside Construction got the insurance company to pay for it because of storm damage! I told the owner how professional the staff was, and how good the process was. They do great work so I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had an insurance roof replacement by Lakeside Construction in Lexington SC. The crew did a great job and the roof looks great! Clean-up job was good! Process went smoothly and can find nothing to complain about. Five Stars!

What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly roof replacements, but we are able to repair leaks and small amounts of damage that you may have. We also have a vast amount of experience on the interior side, with any carpentry, drywall, flooring or painting that you may need done. We work from the roof down! We have a construction manager on staff that can assist you with any repairs or renovations that you need done to your home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please verify that the contractor that you are hiring has their insurance so that if they damage your roof or your property you are covered. Also verify that the have references of customers that are happy with them. Things don't always go perfectly, but verify that the contractor fixed any problems promptly and effectively.
