- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on 3 factors. how far we have to travel, the lawn size and how overgrown the lawn is. We do our best to stay with the price we quote on thumbtack and 99% of the time we do. our prices will only change if the size of the lawn is significantly different than what we're told or the lawn is significantly more overgrown than we were told. If the price has to change we will always inform you before any work begins!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally believe that all of my customers, new or old should always be treated with the respect that they deserve. They have placed their trust in me and it's my job to earn it every time I come to the property to work. First and for most I always introduce myself before I start working. I want my customers to know who I am before I start working on their property. Secondly I ask if they have any preference on how they would like for me to complete the job, cut hight, bush shape extra. I believe all of my clients are friends, not a paycheck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a landscaper for 6 years.
