Introduction: I've been a chef of 30 years. I've catered for Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Bob Pond, Michael Oscar Mayer, etc. I do everything, from mom-and-pop joints to high-end catering. I have a knack for walking in to a kitchen with no knowledge of what I may find and creating some really great meals. Also, I am quite talented with soups and sauces, seafood and BBQ.
