Introduction: Employment skills * Carpentry I do rough framing, trim,roof truss systems and custom layouts and coverings, windows and doors installations, drywall hanging and finishing, flooring, hardwood, tile ext., roofing and siding and insulating. * Concrete I do foundations, tie beams, monolithic slabs, pre-stressed concrete beams, finishing, placing, screeding, vibrating, sidewalks, footings, stairs, forming, figuring amounts to order, organization of job, reading blueprints and ordering materials, brick and block work. * Plumbing I do lay out commercial and residential rough-in for waste lines and water lines. I also perform installation of waste and water and venting lines design waste and water line systems for residential housing, iron pipe, pvc, copper, cpvc, aqua-pex, he-pex, equipment installation and repair fuel products dispensing equipment, pneumatic air motor installation and rebuilding and compressor repair and service. *Heating I perform designing and installing of hot water, steam, hot air, and radiant heating systems, installation of fuel tanks and lines for heating equipment and safety devices and containment, installation of proper venting for heating of particular fuels, figure materials for each application. I work from blueprints if needed for code enforcement installation of ducting for hot or cool air systems, installation of tubing in concrete slabs for radiant heating, installing cast iron radiators or baseboard, and installing copper baseboard. * Electrical I do installation of 60, 100 to 200 amp residential and commercial electrical services including meter base, bonding sub feeds and panel box, lay out wiring for lights receptacles and appliances, run wiring for all circuits, wire all circuits. I also run new circuits for remolding or new housing, installation of ground-faulted circuits (gfci) which includes both 110 volt and 230 volt single phase applications can do wiring on 3 phase 208/230 volt electrical motors or equipment. * Project management Job description: Commercial h.V.A.C. remodeling and new construction, installations of hvac systems for new construction, additions, remodels, roughing systems from blueprints to trimming including equipment wiring and startups, ducts, grills, and drains, modifying framing if needed.
