Introduction: I do not sub any work are send out other guys to do the work. I do every thing my self and I takea lot of pride in what I do. I also warranty my wood and other companies will tell you that but they will never come back when you call them. I dont do that you call and im there.
I love what I do and I love working with people.

Initially, we were excited to employ this company. They appeared to be an honest and genuine company, concerned with customer satisfaction and sincere about warranting their work. That was until our fence was up and they got our money. Since they have walked off of our property, we have not been able to get them to follow up with several, very simple, repair problems that were supposed to be under warranty. We have been calling since August, and each time we are promised that they will come by, but never show up. Seems the "warranty" they offer is just to ignore the problems. We have since had to hire another company to fix Top Choices work. If we had it to do over again, we would not use Top Choice Fence and advise that you think long and hard before employing them.

This is a complete lie! We have only been contacted one time about any problem with the fence. We came over and looked at the problem and no one was at home so we could not address the problem. Since then we have come over on two other attempts and no one was home. Top choice can not just drop every customer and come running every time there is a split board on your fence. If the fence was stained in the 30 days after it was built like explained before the work began then these problems would be limited. Top choice would love the opportunity to fix any issues but since you have hired someone else unfortunately we can't. I would greatly appreciate a honest evaluation if your going to give one. Top choice Fence Company has been nothing but great work and did everything Jon Saylors promised me, he is a great person and I recommend anyone needing a fence use these guys and here is why , I noticed as they were building my charleston style fence that every 4x4 post that was set in my yard was looked at and examined to make sure every pole was perfect and not warped before it was set. I also noticed that before the Top Choice crew nailed any 2x4's to the poles that they were looked at and examined also to make sure every 2x4 was perfect, even down to the pickets they went through them all and only used the perfect ones, I dont know a lot about wood and lumber but I did my research and wood goes crazy when it dries out and you don't stain it but my fence hasn't changed a bit because Top Choice didnt nail anything before examining it first and they did it in good time and did it perfect, I looked around in neighborhoods at other fence company work and that's why I chose Top Choice , I'm very pleased with them and was very impressed with them

We got quotes from many local companies, but Top Choice was by far the best. Jon knew what would work best, and after he gave us a quote, he called back to let us know the materials that we were going to use had a special on them, and was going to save us money. This company is very honest, and they did an excellent job.

We had a similar experience last year with Top Choice that another reviewer mentioned had happened with them. Their work was fine but once they leave your property & have their money you might as well forget about them ever coming back regardless of what they tell you initially. Of course Mr. Saylors will deny this however it is quite true. Beware!!!

Hello , I would like to know how you can honestly go out and post something so un true about my company. When have we ever been contacted by you with any problems? You called and wanted me to come work on your deck that I didn't build. When I told you my schedule you didn't want to wait so that has nothing to do with myself or my company. I am a Christian guy and I take my customers very seriously but one customer isn't more important than the other. If your mad at myself are my company you could call and not go around lying about things I didn't do. I would appreciate the opportunity to satisfy what ever it is we did wrong but since you can't say what that is we can't fix it. Your deck being bad has nothing to do with my company. Top Choice recently built a beautiful Charleston style fence on my property. They gave me the best quote and started and completed the job on time. One thing that stood out to me after working with many contractors is that they left the area cleaner and neater than when they arrived. I've had no warranty issues but after dealing with Top Choice I have no concerns that they won't be there when or if I need them.
