Introduction: My service stands out because I dont have a cookie cutter program, I have personalized program that suits the individuals needs of the trainee. Every person I train has specific weaknesses and strengths, habits and tendencies that either need to be improved upon or completely broken out of. Understanding this is the foundation of my program for I know that everyone learns differently. More importantly, my training does not just consist of basketball skills but things that support the game as well such as diet and nutrition, exercise and weight training, basketball concept knowledge, video assessment and study as well as making sure the student understands the importance of education in connection with the success of the sport. I also take pride in helping develop quality people who make positive contributions to society through the discipline and training in this wonderful sport that I adore and love. First if all let me say that I absolutely love the game of basketball and I even more than playing it I love to teach it tomothers who sincerely want to learn. When I played I was a student of the game and studied every naunce of the game. I still play to this day because imsimply cannot put the ball down. I will play this game as long as I possibly can. But what I have grown to love as trainer and coach is watching someone grow in the game under my instruction. Watching that light bulb go off in the players head is truly inspiring and motivating.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We find out why the seller is selling and then we physically evaluate the property and discuss background info on the property to see how much is owed on the property or if there is equity in the property. More due diligence is done and then we then we make an offer to purchase the property as is. Once a selling price or terms are agreed upon we construct a legally binding real estate contract to confirm purchasing agreement. We then meet with a closing agent or real estate attorney to complete the transaction after which follows the seller gets their cash and relief and we get our property. Same process with a buyer except reverse. We locate and identify specific properties for specific buyers and bring them those list of properties to shop from.
