I reached out to a couple companies pretty late realizing I had a heating issue in my house. Pointer was the first to respond and came right out first thing in the morning. They helped me out of a tight jam and could have over charged me but they were fair and honest I. Their pricing. Very thankful!

Pointer cooling did a great job for our house. We had been without AC for couple of days at this point and they were the quickest to respond to our request. They came in the same day and gave us great valued unit. We had inquired other places but preferred the brand n pricing offered by them. I aslo requested them last minute to come a day earlier than scheduled to install the new unit and they were able to accomodate my request. Highly recommend!
