We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Primal HVAC! We had a leak in our ceiling and called Primal who came immediately that evening, despite it being after regular office hours. The punctuality and responsiveness was a great start to the experience! Then, our technician HERO Devaunte, explained the situation in such clear terms that we really understood what the issue was and how it could be fixed. Within two days, our rusted broken AC was replaced and working perfectly. Devaunte, in particular, was a joy to work with from start to finish. I look forward to continuing our working relationship for many years to come!
