We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Primal HVAC! We had a leak in our ceiling and called Primal who came immediately that evening, despite it being after regular office hours. Then, our technician HERO Devaunte, explained the situation in such clear terms that we really understood what the issue was and how it could be fixed.
