Devante was the technician that replaced the heating system inducer. He was professional, polite, thorough and showed me what he was going to replace, why it needed to be done and then made sure it was working by checking the heating system inducer coming from the several vents. He is probably the most knowledgeable AC/Heating technician I have ever used. He is the gold standard for quality craftsmanship! I will definitely use Primal in the future to do my annual system check and any other repairs that need to be done!

We are so grateful we found Devaunte at Primal Air, after a headache experience with another company. He was able to do our maintenance work and also solve a leak mystery that left others uncertain. Five stars, without hesitation. I called Devaunte to take a look at a 15-year-old AC unit at my office in Mount Pleasant, and right away I was impressed by how thorough and honest he was. He diagnosed the issues clearly, laid out my options — repair or replace — and gave me a fair price for both. When I told him I wanted to get a few other bids first, he didn't push back at all. He actually encouraged it. That kind of confidence and transparency tells you a lot about someone. After collecting three additional quotes, Devaunte landed right in the middle of the range — not the cheapest, but here's what set him apart: he was the only contractor who realized the office space had been expanded since the original unit was installed. Everyone else was sizing the new equipment based on the old AC. Devaunte did the math correctly, recommended the right tonnage for the actual square footage, and that turned out to be the key detail. It's been over a month since the installation, and through some genuinely unpredictable spring weather, the system has performed flawlessly. The space is cooling and heating evenly for the first time in years. He also upgraded us to a Nest Thermostat, which has been a great addition. If you want someone who knows their stuff, shoots straight, and actually solves the problem rather than just swapping parts — Devaunte is your guy. Highly recommend.
