- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a range of personalized styling services with pricing varying based on scope, level of support, and whether services are in person or virtual. Full service details and pricing can be found on my website. Once services are booked and paid for, they are non refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation call to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to achieve so we can determine the best service for you. From there, I’ll send a personalized questionnaire and proposal. Once booked, I begin creating your customized styling plan, which may include curated recommendations, outfit planning, and shopping links depending on the service. We’ll review everything together and I remain available for follow-up support to ensure you feel confident moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BFA in Fashion Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and have over 15 years of experience working in fashion design and styling both domestically and internationally.
