Scheduled a date & time for an estimate. No one showed up. Texted about it & never got a text back. Very unprofessional.

Details: Multiple room remodel • Closet • Balcony • Deck or porch • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the month

We are sorry for this inconvenience. We had a technician at the address specified by the customer at the time and date for the appointment. There was no answer at the door upon repeated attempts to get an answer. No call was received at the office to indicate that there was any trouble at the time of. We painstakingly document all appointments with photos (and videos) where applicable and the technician's visit was documented here. Best of luck in the future and again, we are sorry for any miscommunication or mishap with the appointment.
