- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by labor time involved at an hourly rate which can be broken down into 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss on the phone, their specific cleaning needs and ask a few key questions. With this information, we can narrow-down a ballpark time and charge estimate. We also do in-home quotes. Many one-time cleanings quickly develop into regularly-scheduled cleanings, as our customers realize how much they can enjoy their home if it is kept up by our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 17 years of hands-on professional cleaning experience which includes apartments, move-ins/move outs, vacation rental turnovers, private homes, offices and new construction, deep-cleans and general cleans.
