- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The customer is normally right on with their first impressions. If you feel like you will be taken advantage of by a service man, you may be right. Don't be afraid to have them explain the problem until you understand, If they can't explain it chances are they are not the ones who will fix it. Look for flat rate repairmen who are not on commission.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are three type of work Quick, Cheap, and Good You can only pick 2 of these, if someone tells you differently they are not telling the truth on some level.
