This company is a joke. Have called OVER 20 times had someone answer ONCE that said they couldn't help me. Have sent over 20 emails, which they tell me I hVe to call a week ahead of time and then don't answer their phone. Not to mention their phone was disconnected for over a week. But yes, it's been an entire month at this point just to talk to someone. And I still haven't been able to do that. Nothin but bull from this compnay

I am so sorry that you've had a negative experience with East Coast Powder Coating. I apologize that you feel you haven't been getting the communication you deserve, that was never our intentions. I completely understand your frustration, but I wish we'd had the opportunity to actually connect and complete the project for you. I have evidence of communication on Thumbtack messaging, but I believe that the majority of your phone calls were before our store hours. Again, I know that this can be extremely frustrating, and I do sincerely apologize, but I'd love to make things right if you'd be willing to give us the chance. Feel free to give us a call during our hours of operation, and we'd love to learn about your media blasting and powder coating project and get the job done. I hope to hear from you soon.
