- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing typically ranges from $9–$22 per square foot depending on the type of turf and the scope of the project. Factors such as ground preparation, drainage, materials, and the type of installation can affect the final price. We provide a free estimate and clearly explain what is included so customers know exactly what they’re paying for before the project begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by talking with the customer about their goals, budget, and how they plan to use the space. Then I schedule a free on-site estimate to measure the area, evaluate the existing ground and drainage, and recommend the best turf option. I provide a clear estimate and explain the installation process. Once the project is approved, I handle the preparation and installation from start to finish and make sure the customer is happy with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has primarily come from years of hands-on experience in the artificial turf industry. I’ve learned the installation process from the ground up, including site preparation, drainage, base work, turf installation, seams, finishing, and putting green installation. I continue to stay up to date on installation techniques and turf products to provide customers with quality results.
