FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We buy our materials direct from American manufacturers every chance we get. We have long term relationships with our vendors and we buy a lot of material. So our fence prices are very competitive. We offer veterans, educators and first responders an additional discount. Since we do repairs and small projects as well, every job includes a "trip fee", but the estimates are always free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
THE ESTIMATE We will keep our estimating appointment. If there is a problem with keeping our appointment we will call you ahead of time and let you know. We will listen to your needs, measure your project, discuss [potential issues and considerations and work to identify and propose the best solution. We will share information with you and answer your questions. We will prepare a detailed and complete proposal for the work discussed including a fair price and we will make sure you understand current lead times and material availability. THE INSTALLATION We will prepare any paperwork required of your HOA and your community if these options are selected. We will generate a production drawing based on our contract and submit to you for approval prior to starting any work We will proactively communicate with you as to status of approvals, permits and installation schedule and potential weather or crew delays. We will install the fence per the production drawing and contract. We will clean the finished fence and remove trash and spoil from your site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our fence consultants will share information on how we install, what is included and what is not and our broad range of products. We also have a showroom open six days a week so customers can see, feel and touch the product and get to know our customer service team.
