These people done a great job. They were very attentive to any specifics I requested. They were on time and ready to get the job done. I felt safe and comfortable to leave them in my condo alone to work.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For house cleaning I will do either a fixed price or an hourly rate. Fixed pricing is usually for recurring service, vacation rentals, deep cleans and post construction cleaning. For organizing and estate sales it is a fixed price and a commission on the sale of furniture and other household goods.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I first speak to a new client I always want to first know what their needs and expectations are. Once I know the scope of work I suggest my coming to their home for a free estimate or, if that isn't possible, I will estimate on the phone. Listening well is key in the process. .

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    As an organizer and estate sale professional I always referred clients out to have their home cleaned after my project was completed. Over the years I decided that my company following through to the end of a project, which meant house cleaning, was a better course of action for us.
