Jessica & Shawn were great! Arrived everyday when they said they would. They were prepared. Took great care in protecting our furniture & floors. They worked very hard & made sure we were pleased. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Jessica was very respectful and reasonable, she did a Beautiful job in our home .. She was just as excited about our paint colors as we were , And it looks amazing !! Work is excellent, price fair, Jessica is careful and a good painter. She works alone so some might think work progresses slowly but she is meticulous. Speed wasn't a consideration for me as my house is empty and I am having work done before moving in. I am going to use her to touch up my current place when I leave too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on square footage, but I have charged per square footage. Anywhere from 1.50 to 3.50 depending on the complexity of the area. Accent walls can effect things, but i try to give the fairest price for everyone.
I consider the time it will take as well, and condition of walls.
If priming is needed to cover a dark color, that may up the price but not much.
I like giving people a decent price, I love painting and interior design... it's a win for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with making contact via ***** or *****...
We then discuss the job details a bit, most of the time set up an appointment to meet in person go over exactly what the wants and needs are.
I take a color wheel with me... (in case they've not picked out their colors) and do a color consultation
(In some cases I get the paint for them, as I get discounts on paint).
We then set up a time and date to get started.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, mostly residential… newly built homes, people wanting a fresh look, newly bought house that customer wants to make their own and people who had contractors come out and not finish or do the work up to what was promised.
