What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a monthly management fee. The management fee is a percentage of the rent collected. We offer a discount for multiple properties to be managed. We offer a great Value to our clients by providing excellent service at reasonable rates. Unlike most management companies we Do Not charge for marketing fees, set-up fees, or termination fees. We keep it simple and predictable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email is our first contact. Followed up with a phone call to discuss our services. Email contracts for owner to review. Schedule a time to meet owner at the property to discuss the property, our services and take marketing pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Real Estate brokers and property managers. 15 years in property management. We service NC and SC.
