I had a chat with Katie and we went through my objectives in detail, then she came up with a diet and training plan, which she assured me, would get me in great shape. The training provided was first-rate and tailored to my needs. Katie was patient and understanding, as well as ensuring that I reached my goals and beyond. The personal training is definitely value for money as I have seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness and strength. The guidance from Katie was just what I needed. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were slowly draining away. Katie introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more real, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I feel great and can see the results in the mirror. I was delighted at the 8-week stage to find that I had lost 3 inches off my waist, reduced my body fat by 4 % and gained 4 lbs. of lean muscle! The results were clearly visible. I was so impressed with the results that Katie delivered that I am continuing with the training and looking forward to some more challenging workouts!

Morgan is good at what she does! She is motivating!! She actually makes working out fun and interesting, you learn so much about your body and muscles and she gets your body in mean shape in the process. She is demanding without being patronizing, and really tries to understand where you are in each exercise so she knows how far to push you. She understands what kind of results you want, and she designs a workout that will get them. I have had an incredible time training with her, and certainly seen results. More than anything, I have begun to feel good in my own body-- something that is priceless for me. I have grown fond of working out and it's not as much torture as it used to be.
