What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are are pretty reasonable considering we bring the 150 gal of water to start the job with for pressure washing. All lawns come with option to mulch and or bag.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide an estimate, conduct a pre-inspection and after job walkthrough. *Pictures will be provided upon request for when customers are unavailable to conduct an after job walkthrough. 5 Star does not guarantee any potential “after cleaning discrepancies once payment is settled”. Again, we demonstrate excellence and provide the highest of quality service to where this should never be an issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Specialize pressure washer training along with over 15yrs lawn experience throughout several states while traveling during Military career.
