We hired FOPM and within 2 months Nataliya found us tenants. She is very professional, very quick and thorough. Everything we have asked her or we needed help with she delivered: from finding and hiring a painter to fixing minor things in the house. Fair housing is a key area that I keep abreast of any local and national changes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I decide on getting into property management after renting out my own first home and being asked by family to manage their properties.
- What types of customers have you worked with? accounting for all income and expenses produced by the property; contracting for services, repairs and maintenance on the property as authorized; advertising for prospective tenants; showing the property and qualifying tenants; negotiating and executing rental and lease agreements; responding in a timely manner to the needs of your tenants; evaluating rental and lease agreements periodically; serving notices on tenants and filing unlawful detainer actions as needed; and performing regular periodic property inspections.
